Both sides have decided – also against the backdrop of securing the future and the strategic development of GLASCOM A/S in the Scandinavian region – to significantly strengthen their partnership through this step.

The strengths of our network of production and trading sites will benefit the GLASCOM companies through greater product diversity, processing expertise, high delivery capability and expertise in new business areas. In return, the GLASCOM locations bring a strong sales presence with native-speaking colleagues and logistical advantages in the region to this marriage.
