Whistleblower reporting system

Transparency and openness form the basis for trust for the companies of the Schollglas Group. The principles that shape our conduct are set out in more detail in the Code of Conduct. In order to ensure compliance with our business standards, we therefore welcome hints about incidents.

For this reason, but also due to the legal provisions of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), we have set up a reporting system with which reports of violations of legal regulations or of our Code of Conduct can be submitted to us.
All information will be treated confidentially. The reports are processed by our compliance officer, who carries out his tasks independently and without being bound by instructions.

In the case of all reports, we first ask you to clarify in a report whether it is a notice under the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) or one under the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Notices under the HinSchG and those under the LkSG differ according to the persons entitled to report and the type of violations that can be reported.

Furthermore, we ask for mentioning an e-mail address, a telephone number or a postal address of the Whistleblower in the report. Without any such a contact address, we will not be able to confirm the receipt of the report, to make any queries for further clarification or to provide a status report.

The procedure for reports is regulated as follows:
1. We will send a confirmation of receipt no later than 7 working days after receipt of the report.
2. In case of any lack of clarity, we will contact the whistleblower by means of queries about individual reported points.
3. If there are no violations of our standards or laws, the report will be filed here as unfounded.
4. No later than 3 months after receipt of the report, the whistleblower will receive a report from us, stating either the unfoundedness of the report or the information what has already carried out or will be carried out after measuring the report. This final notice usually concludes the reporting procedure of the whistleblower.

Reports can be submitted in different ways:
