Transparency and openness form the basis of trust for the companies of the Schollglas Group. The principles that shape our behavior are set out in more detail in the Code of Conduct. In order to be able to improve our actions, we therefore welcome tips.

For this reason, but also due to the legal provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), we have set up a reporting system with which information about violations of legal regulations or our Code of Conduct can be submitted to us.

All information will be treated confidentially. The information is processed by our compliance officer, who carries out this independently and without being bound by instructions.

For all information, we first ask you to clarify in a report whether it is a tip under the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) or one under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Reports under the HinSchG and those under the LkSG differ according to the persons authorised to report and the type of violations that can be reported.

Furthermore, we ask that an e-mail address, telephone number or postal address of the reporter be provided in the information. If there is no such contact option, we cannot confirm receipt of the tip, make any queries for further clarification or provide a status report.

The procedure for information is regulated as follows:

1. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt no later than 7 working days after receipt of the notification.

2. In the event of ambiguities, we will contact the whistleblower by asking questions to clarify individual points.

3. If there are no violations, the notice will be filed here as unfounded.

4. No later than 3 months after receipt of the tip, the whistleblower will receive a report stating either that the report is unfounded or that the measures already taken or still to be taken are communicated. With this notification, the notification procedure towards the whistleblower is usually terminated.
