Advice on making an application

What should the application include?

  • A covering letter
  • A tabular CV with photo
  • Relevant references and certificates

Your application is also your calling card. So be sure to provide us with a good presentation of your qualifications, interests and personality. When doing so, be honest and don’t pretend that you have skills if you don’t. We can initially only judge and assess you based on your application dossier.

How to submit your application to us:

  • Application by email (preferred): Send your informative application dossier quoting the job vacancy (or speculative application) in the subject life to bewerbung(at)schollglas.com. Please save all the documents in one single PDF file (max. 3 MB) and give it an unambiguous name such as Application_Name_Job ad.pdf”. Upload the file as an attachment to your email.
  • Application by post: When submitting hard-copy applications by post please only send us copies of your documents, not the originals. We will digitize your documents and, it goes without saying, return your application dossier to you.

Please see our Data Protection Declaration for information about our data protection policies.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt so that you can be sure we have received your application. Depending on which application channel you select, this may take a few days. Should you not hear from us, please contact us. We will be happy to check that we have received your application.
