Our goal is to support our trainees in achieving good performance at the vocational school as well as in the company in order to take them on in a permanent employment relationship even after their training. Internal training courses also teach exam-relevant content that cannot be covered in the specialist departments.
A secondary school leaving certificate is desirable. Caution is required when handling the vehicles and equipment. Care and accuracy are important for error-free picking. Knowledge of mathematics is required to determine the total weight and space requirements of goods. In addition, you should be physically fit and like to get hands-on.
In addition, you should have good grades in mathematics and German. It is possible to start directly in this apprenticeship or, after successful training as a “warehouse clerk”, to acquire the qualification “Warehouse Logistics Specialist” through another year of training.
