What you can expect from us

Mutual appreciation and trust, loyalty and humanity are our top priorities. Our goal is to support our trainees in achieving good performance at the vocational school as well as in the company in order to take them on in a permanent employment relationship even after their training. Internal training courses also teach exam-relevant content that cannot be covered in the specialist departments.

This is what we want from you

The ideal entry requirement for this profession is a good vocational baccalaureate – but it is also possible to start with a secondary school leaving certificate. In order for you to be able to carry out the necessary calculations correctly in the design process, you must be able to correctly calculate areas, angles and volumes, among other things – a good relationship with mathematics and a basic understanding of technology are the basis for this task. In addition, there is an above-average spatial imagination and a talent for drawing, so that products and facts are presented well and correctly. In order to rule out serious errors in our customers’ end products, a meticulous, particularly careful way of working is important in this responsible role. Good communication skills, service orientation and negotiation skills make you a pleasant, professional partner and colleague when dealing with customers and suppliers.
