What you can expect from us
Mutual appreciation and trust, loyalty and humanity are our top priorities. Our goal is to support our trainees in achieving good performance at the vocational school as well as in the company in order to take them on in a permanent employment relationship even after their training. Internal training courses also teach exam-relevant content that cannot be covered in the specialist departments.
This is what we want from you

Caution is required in order not to endanger the safety of passers-by and colleagues when working on assembly platforms and scaffolding. Knowledge of works and technology is important for working on different materials and implementing construction drawings. Mathematical knowledge is required to be able to calculate areas, volumes, masses or material requirements. Knowledge of physics is needed to create circuit diagrams and build control systems. In addition, you should be physically fit and like to get hands-on.
