In this way, however, not only does more light pass from room to room. Rather, the combination of materials, the size and placement of the light cut-outs, the play with shapes, colours and surface structures open up exciting design possibilities in the layout of the entire door.

Traditionally, ornamental glass is often integrated into glass cut-outs of interior doors, which allow a large part of the light to pass through, but maintain a minimum of discretion through their patterns and look equally attractive.

But it is not only interior doors that are equipped with light cut-outs today: special glass inserts can be used to take into account even the challenging functions of house and functional doors – heat, burglary, fire and sound insulation. Thus, the door design is not only aesthetic, but also elementary and highly functional.
